This video provides step-by-step instructions and demonstration of how MICA Faculty members can request contactless pick up. In this video, you'll find the following:

- Contactless pick up is available for Faculty only. We wish we could make it available to all and appreciate your patience while we work through this challenging time!
- What can faculty request for pick up? Items that circulate: books and Film and Video (DVDs, Blu-Rays).
- Step 1: Go to our website: mica.edu/library and click 'Search the Catalog,' either using the callout button on the left side navigation or under Discover What's at Decker (includes video demonstration).
- (Video Demonstration) Step 2: Sign-in to the Catalog using your MICA username and password in the upper right hand corner.
- (Video Demonstration) Step 3: Find and click on the title of the item you'd like to request.
- (Video Demonstration) Step 4: Under 'Availability,' click 'Request.' 'Request will only appear if the item is available.
- (Video Demonstration) Steps 5 & 6: Check your email and schedule a pick up time. You will receive an email from [email protected] with the Subject Line "Hold Available." Follow the link within that email to schedule a pick up time on Calendly.
- Step 7: Come to the Library during your pick up time!
- Pick up location is *inside* Bunting Center. 1401 W. Mount Royal Ave.
- For Returns: Please return items to our material drop adjacent to the Library entrance.
