U L T R A  

ULTRA is a multidisciplinary research project into colour and its relationship to emotion and wellbeing, directed by movement artist Jessica Miller. The motivation for this project originated from a desire to understand how colour can be therapeutic to those suffering from dementia. It led her to research how different colours trigger or harmonise different emotions, connecting to different parts of the brain and our consciousness. The project is in collaboration with 12 highly skilled artists from dance, film, sound, lighting design and costume, each exploring a relationship to colour in their own medium.
