1. Set up so that you are sitting on the chair, feet flat on floor, back flat against back of chair.
2. Place your hand on the handle and move your hands up/down the handles until you find a comfortable placement.
3. To start movement - take a belly breath full of air in, and push through the handle to drive your arm out in front of you.
4. To return to starting position, with control slowly lower your arm back down by bending at the elbows.
