This tool "Win2Flash" will assist you in turning your flash drive into a bootable windows vista/7/8 flash drive.

NOTE: this program will NOT work for Win 7 x64 UEFI Mode Unless the Current System is running Win 7 x64. this is due to me not knowing how to extract the needed file from the install.wim via batch file. right now if your running Win 7 x64 it will copy the needed file from the system...
