The third in a series of tennis skills designed for children and adults to use at home. These have been created due to the Covid-19 outbreak, but are useful at anytime to develop co-ordination skills.
Can you bounce the ball between the two rackets without letting the ball fall to the ground? When you have done 10 in a row, can you catch the ball using both rackets together?
If you are looking to make this skill more challenging you can either increase the number required, or you can add in some movement as well.
