MoveStrong Functional Fitness Equipment worked with Peninsula Papagyo in Costa Rica to implement four MoveStrong outdoor training areas for property owners and hotel resort guest. Part of a walking path around the property for homeowners and hotel guest of Four Seasons and Andaz Hyatt properties. A community offering many outdoor activites like golf, water sports, beach activities, mountain biking, hiking, and more.

This video demonstrates the group functional fitness workouts performed with property staff and trainers in preparation to launching classes and personal training for Peninsula residents and resorts guest as part of property wellness offerings. This workout includes bodyweight exercises with MoveStrong functional fitness tools performed on the MoveStrong T-Rex outdoor fitness station used as part of the bootcamp style interval training workout.
