Built for the Brotherhood of Nod and inspired by the original recon bike from the first Tyberian War, the NRB-900 is its spiritual successor.
Designed with a modern-day superbike flare, and keeping the heart of the original, with a laid back seat design, large windshield, dual .50 MGs on either side of the front, and Dual RP-105 Rocket pods.
The NRB-900 sports a superbike look, but unlike a traditional bike, the front wheel is fixed, and the rear wheel is the steering wheel. Mounted to a rotating base that tilts the rear wheel, the bike is forced to lean towards the turning direction in order to manuever more efficiently and responsively and allow the bike to make exceptionally sharp turns while maintaining its weapons on their intended target.
While packing a hefty arsenal, the NRB-900 is capable of dealing with infantry and light armored vehicles, and is slightly smaller in size to the standard Bortherhood of Nod Buggy, making it extremely effective in tight situations where space can be an issue.
Not using a traditional combustion engine, the NRB-900 uses dual electric motors in its wheels, with the rear wheel motor being slightly larger in power output than the front wheel.
Designed for ease of use for the harshest of battlefields, the NRB-900's suspension system, body, and windshield is built to take direct hits from infantry and light armored vehicle weapons fire, with an additional exo-frame built to increase overall strength of the vehicle.
For a light vehichle, the NRB-900 is formiddable in combat, however, it will easily be destroyed by the likes of medium tanks, and larger vehicles that deal more damage.
For crowd control and light vehicle destruction, the NRB-900 will answer the call.
