I'm Yiğit Caner Aydın and i am a 27 year old national para-archer from Istanbul, Turkey.
My inspiring journey gets heard beyond the borders of Turkey and touches people from all around the world.
Having only started shooting 3 years ago, 2 times i won the world championship title with my team. I'm already ranked number 3 in the world. Additionally, i am the Turkey’s first and only sports journalist in a wheelchair, defying the perceptions on disability looking in the eyes of those who watch me as i present my weekly show with eloquence and confidence from his wheelchair.
I made this video to tell my story and purpose of my life.
What matters is not the struggle you wage with your body, but with your soul.
And it’s the effort you make over the course of success, rather than what you achieve.
