IU Health Sports Performance and Andretti Autosport are teaming up to get fit for the Indianapolis 500! Each week, we'll post a new fitness challenge and then help you put it all together at the end.

Thanks to this week's special guest, Zach Veach (@ZachVeach)!

Week 5 Challenge: Alex, a trainer with PitFit Training, will show you how to train to improve your reaction time, whether you're an elite athlete or weekend warrior.

For this week's challenge, take a tennis ball and stand eight feet away from a hard wall. Throw the ball with one hand and catch it in the other. Do as many as you can in 30 seconds! Post your progress by using #Fit4the500!
