In this week's penultimate episode we hear from Neil. After the breakdown of his relationship, Neil's mental health started to fall. Negative self-talk started to have an impact on his mood and behaviour, but through his dog, Taz, and Dodger 7's, Neil started to find his way out of the fog.
The camaraderie and confidence gained from Dodger 7's helped Neil to overcome his bad habits and understand his prior flaws. Rugby and the gym now play a huge part in Neil's mental health, providing him endorphins and a home where he can be his true self.
