Since September 2020 I have become an entrepreneur and my phone was ringing red hot from advice-management-bureaus, advertising the best deals they have got to offer me.
The task was always to put all of us in a seemingly perfect economic equilibrium. Our critical natures at stake by the infinite abundance of goods, persuasive world-swirling advertisements eliciting primal desires, companies monitoring social media, personalised ads and many more. Some of the tools I know already very well from my successful early twenties career as merchandiser, but the dimensions of production and consumer demand today are out of realistic proportions.
When did society become a consumerist one? Why do corporations constantly grow on emerging strategies of control and surveillance? What if personalized ads have gone mad? What if...
