Guadalupe Barba is the owner of La Placita de Lebanon , Authentic Mexican Food. She is one of my favorite interviews to date. Not only is the food at her restaurant delicious but she also runs Juntos de Lebanon upstairs above it. In this space community members are learning English and playing music and have a place to go for all sorts of community building activities.
It's an understatement to say that it was a pleasure to meet Guadalupe. She has a heart for this community like no one else I've met.
