Track-record of implementing positive change, and shaping delivery in complex, large-scale organisations. A natural leader, passionate about motivating others both professionally and as a qualified survival and outdoors instructor. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expert with thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Swiftly gains an in-depth understanding of business needs, communicating with stakeholders clearly and creating value for organisations.

Henry Davies: Associate Director at Turner & Townsend's San Francisco office, a world-leading construction management consultancy that has been helping clients deliver capital projects since its inception in 1946. Henry has worked in management consultancy for over ten years, working with an array of clients across Europe and North America in the healthcare, finance and technology industries where he has successfully advised clients through their business transformation, operational excellence and strategy development journeys. More recently, Henry has been working with major technology clients in building supply chain performance programs to provide assurance in the delivery of key infrastructure projects around the world and inform key portfolio investment decisions in light of competitive markets and a changing geopolitical landscape. He is also a contributor to An Era of Global Transition: Crises and Opportunities in The New World and his commentary and articles have been featured in The Retail Times (UK). He also sits on the board of directors for The British American Business Council (BABC), Northern California Chapter.
