NOTE: The video ends in minute 11:20, I don't know why it seems to be 21 minutes long, maybe I inadvertently left a cut after minute 11:20. This is not the best quality video but Vimeo didn't allow me to upload a bigger file. The video is longer than 5 or 7 minutes but I left it this way considering what we talked about the last class (that this is a rough cut that will be polished/shortened later). There's a vertical shot that I wanted to shift to horizontal but I didn't know how to do it. There's no music or transitions at this point. I left some "blank areas" where I'm planning to add some music/sound. I'm recording some sound ideas on my own to add them later. While putting this short together I found that the scope I initially thought was too big. As you will see, considering the frame time we had for this class and the pandemic, I just was able to work with my sisters, nephews/niece's experiences and I'm focusing more on their experiences with schooling at home but not much more beyond that. I think the final version will be more of a personal exercise but I still want to address a few aspects of the Mexican education policies overall by including some titles at the beginning and in the middle. One of the most difficult issues I'm facing is, as you can imagine, what to left and what to cut.
