The future where is no love. Who will lead the rebellion to revive the lost feeling?
Events are unfolding in the near future. Having survived the apocalypse , mankind tries to live by the new rules in order to avoid old mistakes. The family institution is completely destroyed, love is recognized as a threat, and all newborns are vaccinated against this high feeling as of illness. However,the rebellion of natural instincts occasionally disturbs the power of the unitary state "Earth". The main character - dutiful and fair policeman Il who works in the hormone malfunction unit. One day everything has changed.
Il meets an ordinary girl and falls in love with her. When an obedient citizen rebels against the law that's what President Timbridge was so afraid of - the struggle for the right to happiness.

Події розгортаються в недалекому майбутньому. Світ оговтується після ядерної війни. Переживши апокаліпсис, людство намагається жити за новими правилами, аби уникнути старих помилок. Інститут сім’ї знищено остаточно, кохання визнано загрозою, а всі новонароджені вакцинуються проти цього високого почуття, як проти хвороби. Проте бунт природних інстинктів час від часу тривожить владу унітарної держави «Земля». Головний герой – сумлінний та справедливий поліцейський Іл, котрий працює в підрозділі контролю гормональних збоїв. Все змінюється одного дня. Іл зустрічає звичайну дівчину та вперше сам закохується. Коли слухняний громадянин повстає проти закону, починається те, чого так боявся президент Тімбрід — боротьба за право на щастя.
