As part of her coursework masters at UNE, Annette Deppe has been collecting turtle data in the region. Unfortunately no turtles could be found that day - probably due to the presence of a camera :-) Newholme is one of UNE's SMART Farms, and is unique in having large tracts of natural forest making it a great outdoor classroom and field research site for environmental and agricultural scientists.
