Kelly Hart has served in a variety of higher education positions in 30+ years at several public and private institutions, including a collegiate coach at NCAA Division I and III, a faculty member, and administrator. Currently, she serves at Shepherd University, where she is responsible for recruitment and retention at the University and the oversight of admissions, financial aid, and the registrar’s office. Her leadership has been recognized at the campus, regional, and national levels. In all of her positions, Dr. Hart has worked with higher education faculty, administrators and students at the campus, conference, regional, and national levels to engage in honest dialogue, develop respect, and act for the betterment of the students and institutions. She values these experiences that have shaped her perspectives as an administrator and she looks forward to meeting the future challenges of the ever-changing, higher education population.
