Meet Karen Pletnikoff. She is the Community, Environment, and Safety Manager for the Aleutian Pribilof Islands Association, and a Unangan Orthodox Christian. The Face of God film crew interviewed her in Anchorage Alaska last year because she is a respected environmental and climate scientist. She brought an extraordinary perspective to the Alaskan and indigenous experience of climate change. She spoke about theories of science, botanical changes in the arctic, current and developing social challenges, and the need for a total shift in how humans live on the earth.
