Holly Balogh is the President and COO of RISC (Recovery Recovery Industry Services Company) as well as a Real Estate Agent in the state of Wyoming. She has held multiple leadership roles and has been a senior executive for years.

RISC is a company that provides compliance solutions to the repossession self-help industry. The products include lot inspections, vendor vetting, education, and background checks. At RISC, Holly Balogh is responsible for the management of relationships with 30 major auto finance clients and forwarding companies.

Holly has held senior executive roles at other companies such as COO, Vice President of Customer Service, and Executive Leadership Consultant. She has a proven track record of creating growth and managing employees successfully. Some of her major accomplishments include the creation of a marketing campaign that resulted in an annual increase in clients by 15%. She also was able to achieve 100% employee retention at a start-up that was experiencing financial constraints. She has grown and developed her skill set to include creative problem-solving, financial planning, project management, and strategic consulting, among many others.

Holly Balogh began her journey in her career through her Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Busines, which she received from Bradley University. She went on to receive her MBA in International Business from the same school. Bradley University is a mid-sized university located in Peoria, Illinois that offers more than 100 undergraduate programs and over 30 graduate programs.

Holly is located in the Jackson, Wyoming area because of the many opportunities to enjoy winter sports that are in the area. She and her family decided to stay in the area, which has led her to her career as a realtor and following her passions for winter sports and triathlons. Holly actively participates in many different types of marathons and triathlons. She has even competed in multiple Ironman Championships. Holly Balogh didn’t find her passion for running, cycling, or swimming until an injury as a result of skiing forced her to regularly participate in these activities as part of her recovery process.

Holly Balogh also enjoys using her free time to volunteer with multiple organizations. She is a Running Coach and Mentor with GAP (Girls Actively Participating) to help promote success for young girls through education, self-discovery, and community building. She also volunteered with the Jackson Hole Community Band and acted as the President or many years.
