Women and girls currently make up just a small percentage of the technology leaders at the forefront of these achievements; a major gender disparity that needs to be changed. Women comprise half of the population, but hold less than a quarter of STEM jobs. Young girls have untapped talent and potential to change the world through the lens of a science, technology, engineering or math career.
HATCH is passionate about young women and girls achieving their very best potential in STEM fields by connecting them to a global network of female leaders and mentors. Science, technology, engineering and math have formed our world for centuries and will continue to do so with the help of a new generation of female technological thinkers.
