Faulty product and bad customer service

Before writing this review I gave the business many chances and a deadline for them to resolve the problem and they have failed.

I purchased this Bentley for my nephews birthday. Once delivered we immediately noticed tyre damage and front bumper not clicking on. Also the hub caps do not fit the wheel.

I was only given a £30 refund for the damage on the bumper and for the tyre damage. I took it because if I send the car back it won’t be back on time for his birthday etc and they won’t be able to give me another one on time.

I was told regards to the hub caps I must be putting it on wrong so they sent me new hub caps after requesting it and a video on how to put it on. Putting the hub caps is straightforward not rocket science the car wheels are faulty and that’s why they are not fitting.

This is a common fault and they are fully aware of the situation as when I asked for a replacement car they suggested will have the same issue.

As the car is still faulty I asked for a replacement car and they take the faulty car back same time. Or another option they give me more money off as this is not worth what I paid.

I was told both options not possible.

They offered a refund but not a full refund.

If I give the car back they will just give me a reduced refund as they will have all the power and can dictate how much to refund. Also on other people reviews many customers have said they are still waiting for a refund or their car to be inspected.

I am truly disappointed with this company and the product and will now hand it over to my credit card company to resolve.

I do not recommend anyone using this company !
