Dermot Coll is a business professional and Military Veteran with over 20 years of professional experience. He currently works as the Regional Agricultural Sales Manager at the Quinn Company in Fresno, California. His expertise in leadership, sales, and marketing have allowed him to successfully progress in his career.

Dermot Coll attended the United States Air Force Academy where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in General Studies. He then worked with within different Air Force Academy organizations to assist the athletic department. He has held roles in collegiate athletics such as coach, administrator, and director. Through his experiences in these positions, Dermot has gained knowledge on business, budgeting, management, and leadership. Many of his responsibilities included overseeing the athletic staff as well as the students.

During his time in the collegiate athletic department, Dermot Coll decided to further his education by attending Colorado State University. There he received a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Change Management. With the help of this degree, Dermot became an expert in different areas including business development, sales, marketing, strategic communications, operations, contract negotiation, and personnel development.

His most recent role in collegiate athletics was as the Senior Associate Athletic Director/Chief Executive for the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation. There is was responsible for the management of their NCAA Division I athletic program. Dermot Coll successfully negotiated multi-year marketing deals and improved financial gains by 247%. This role included working in marketing, fundraising, ticketing, business development, and recruiting. He worked with over 200 employees, 900 student-athletes, and 27 teams. He held multiple different executive roles for different collegiate athletic organizations. He was the chairman, director, or president of numerous national collegiate athletic committees.

Dermot Coll is now responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in his current role at the Quinn Company. He has developed skills in process improvement and strategic planning to improve sales. In his free time, Dermot Coll enjoys watching sports, running, and golfing. He also enjoys volunteering with community organizations. Dermot was even the President of the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House of Charities of South Colorado for five years.
