Today's generation is facing a burnout pandemic; overworking, constant attachment to technology and overwhelmed due to busy and stressful lives. Just taking a few minutes each day to pause and look at water could help to reduce stress hormones, boost happiness levels and induce a temporary meditative state, giving us a few minutes of calm among our busy, overworked, and overstimulated lives.
