Though it’s great to see authenticity, some employers may be concerned how their brand is represented. Some are wearing a work uniform and/or dancing and singing in the workplace to profanity-ridden lyrics. Employers are well-advised to check how their brand is represented, and appraise current social media policies. One opportunity is to co-create content with employees.
