Personally I think my best Beatles video was "Tomorrow Never Knows" and has been up at Vimeo for a few months now. But the others are still pretty good so I will put them up. This was my first Beatles video, published at YouTube on July 17, 2014. I tended to favor John Lennon's songs as I feel he was consistently the most prolific writer in the band who produced the largest number of quality songs. "It's Only Love" truly won my heart. This is not to take anything away from Paul McCartney who truly blossomed into an artist without peer during the making of Rubber Soul, Yesterday And Today (North America only, Capitol Records), and Revolver. Music critics of 1965-66 were even comparing McCartney to Mozart, especially with the release of "Yesterday" ... which some hailed as the greatest love song since "Greensleeves." But I feel he slowly lost it afterwards ... it was a period of unparalleled perfection that must have been impossible to maintain. Lennon, somehow, managed to be consistently great from start to tragic finish.

Here in the United States "It's Only Love" appeared on the Capitol Records produced version of Rubber Soul, which was different from the UK version. The song itself originally appeared on Help! So when I have said on some of these (now long lost) descriptions in the past that Rubber Soul and Revolver were the two best albums The Beatles ever produced, I must also include elements of Help! and two songs from Yesterday And Today: a Capitol-produced potpourri created from bits appearing on Help!, Rubber Soul, and Revolver (only "We Can Work It Out" and "Day Tripper" were not from other albums but had been originally released as singles only, the rest were from other LPs).

My love of creating Beatles music videos abruptly came to an end on YouTube in late summer 2015 when most fan-based Beatles songs were blocked worldwide or else restricted to a handful of countries. I don't think that situation has changed ... at least the last I knew.
