Couple weeks ago every single piece of camera equipment I own was taken from my car. And if my being honest: Who gives a shit? It’s just stuff. I’ve been waffling the decision of what to do with my (grotesquely small amounts of) free time and what equipment to invest in next for my career. As annoying as the loss was, I’m becoming quite grateful for it. Some dick bag basically hit the rest button for me and took away any preconceived brand alliances with him, not to mention any self implied pressures I’ve created over the guilt of idle gear. I’m realizing now I get to start again, but this time with fresh eyes and 15+ years of experience. So here we go! Piece 1: “Remains” This is my last bit of unreleased footage shot on the gear that was stolen.
