Since today is the one year anniversary of “So Am I”, I decided to remake this mix I had that I also made on the same date last year, now that there’s official material of “So Am I” out finally!

This has been a mashup that’s been reused many times before, but I’d thought I’d share my own version!

It has come to my attention that my mix sounded a lot like “Dj Pyromania”‘s viral hit, and KJ Mixes’ mashup, because of the pitch of certain notes in specific sections. Although this was unintentional, and besides the obvious identical song ideas: each of them were executed differently and flawlessly and I admire the effort that they put into their work! I’ll leave a link to their videos below to check out their versions:

I was originally working on a special music video for this mashup the day the “So Am I” music video released. Sadly, that footage had been lost permanently, but thanks to Lylipadle Mashups, I was able to revive this mashup again with a video just as amazing as the video I was finalizing! Credits to him for creating such a wonderful music video for it! Shout-out to GC Mashie for making this awesome thumbnail as well! I couldn’t have completed this mashup without them. ❤️

I had to watermark the video as well and flip it since the So Am I video blocked it more than at least 10 times since last year when I tried uploading this, but the original video will be available on my Vimeo!
