I’ve been filming a lot lately. Getting a lot of appreciation for my works, and it all feels so new and great. But, this short piece, not even 4 minutes long, with zero dialogue, is absolutely my favorite of all my work so far. It could be because it stars my baby sister, Sabra, who is easily the most effortlessly joyous person I know, or because watching it reminds me of my time down there with my family that I never see, or because the music is from my favorite film “Her”, a song titled “Song On The Beach” (super fitting, I know). Whatever the reason is, I hope you all enjoy this, not for any crazy, wacky effects, not for any Oscar worthy monologues, but because this is something that just feels good to watch.
