James Herndon and the late Delores Washington Green were both members of one of Chicago's greatest gospel groups The Caravans. After the popular lineup of the groups disbanded in 1966-67, James went on and started his own group The James Herndon Singers. Which consisted of one other previous Caravan member Josephine Howard (Mother of R&B singer Miki Howard). Mrs. Delores sings this wonderful "Baptist Fit" song 'Oh Lord, Have Mercy" Enjoy!
