Kiki Bosch is one of the world’s only ice freedivers, meaning she dives into freezing cold water without the comfort of wetsuits or oxygen tanks. However, her origin story reveals that ice freediving is a place of comfort from a debilitating trauma, and as she progresses in her journey, she learns more about her psychological and physical limits, and how other people can harness the cold in the same way.
