Beats on Eyes 是每兩個月一次的集體創作，希望透過接龍的方式將不同領域的創作者結合在一起，把影像與音樂自由的結合與運用。

本屆主題為「交流電波」，使用色為黑、白雙色，另將創作者中分成三組，各組輔助色運用分別為為ＲＧＢ其中之單色，讓各組可以來場刺激的相互交流產生火花期待在這樣更多的火花下，創造更驚人與出乎意料的優質作品。
