‘Axis Mundi’ is the new single by BISHI, visionary London musician, producer, and founder of WITCiH, produced by Bishi during lockdown. Axis Mundi is the Latin term for the axis of the earth between the celestial poles. The track was inspired by the drawings of Carl Jung, lockdown walks in Victorian cemeteries and by the science of trees' communication with each other.
Experimenting with new technologies, over the past year, Bishi has been collaborating with Volta, a mixed reality performance platform. After collaborating on a very special performance for Amazon Music, Bishi is now one of their primary artists coding on their immersive platform, Volta Create.
This video has been coded by BISHI on Volta Create, syncing Ableton to their immersive live-streaming app.
