We took a hike in Ricketts Glen State Park in PA. We started in the parking lot off route 118 and hiked to the waters meet. We then went right at that point. The hike was very demanding for me since I was not in shape for this vacation and I needed to turn back before seeing all the falls on that route. My wife was amazing and crushed it all. At the end of this video it is the next day, with us starting at the top of the falls for the other trail down to waters meet. I was hurting way to much to do it so I tapped out early and enjoyed the birds singing and the woodpeckers doing their thing. Even when you don't do everything you think you will or want to do, vacations and adventures are still incredible experiences to be treasured. We saw a bear, deer, bunnies, rain lizards (newts) and more waterfalls then I normally ever would on a hike. This was also our first vacation post c o v i d. Last year there was no vacation for us, so this one is especially meaningful. Get our there, enjoy nature and video your experiences. Share them too. Even less than professional videos like this may let someone experience a place they may never get to see otherwise.
