A very sweet song from Stephen Sondheim's fun musical, Into the Woods. I love the rhythmic dissonant accompaniment in this song.
You might have noticed that it's now winter, December, and I'm back on the houseboat in Amsterdam, but this time it's cold and dark. I love the moody light in this video.
Not a completely terrible performance, although the off-pitch note near the end is a doozie, as is the interesting final ascending broken chord.
