On Friday, March 20th, 2020, FEMA issued a “Major Disaster Declaration” for New York over COVID-19 as the state approached 10,000 confirmed cases. State residents have been told to stay indoors as much as possible, bars & restaurants have been shut down, and the public school system has been closed in order to slow the spread of the deadly virus.
All footage used in this film was shot from 3pm - 7pm in New York City on the following day, Saturday, March 21st, 2020.
