Off the Wire is the University of Miami's best (and only) late-night comedy show. Off the Wire is filmed in front of a live studio audience filled with students from the University of Miami. The show is directed towards everybody and we aim for the humor to be universal and not just for the students of Miami. The show includes a live in-studio portion with host Jeremy Erdheim writing and delivering a monologue and a desk segment. The rest of the show is comprised of sketches, a comedic news segment, guest interviews, and live performances. The program is student-run and produced with one goal in mind, leave people a little happier than before they watched.
