New Public (“Soon to be leading figures within our industry” Broadway World) presents White Noise, a visceral new satire combining physical theatre and projection to weave a grotesque and darkly comic vision of media excess.

Showcasing New Public’s bold and dynamic brand of physical Theatre, White Noise holds a fun house mirror up to the manipulative personalities that dominate public life, and journeys into the relentless media machine that has commodified reality, polarised politics and sacrificed truth at the altar of sensation.

Directed by Simona Gonella (RSC) and featuring sound design from Offie nominated Julian Starr (The Royal Court) White Noise is the second show from New Public “a company with bags of stunning ideas and the talent to match” (Act Drop)

Written and devised by: Christopher Adams, Stefanie Bruckner, Dean Elliott, Tom Kelsey, Jo Moss and Katariina Taam.

New Public are a London-based theatre company, all graduates of RADA's MA Theatre Lab Program. New Public are committed to devising exciting new work that draws from a wide range of forms and influences, is highly physical and includes an eclectic mix of different performance disciplines.
New Public’s first show Lucid received numerous 5 star reviews and enjoyed sell out runs at The Tristan Bates Theatre, and as headline show at RADA festival and Sugisfest, Estonia.

Stefanie Bruckner trained at the Stage School of Music, Dance and Drama in Hamburg. She is trained in Estill Voice and also records and tours with international swing trio The Airlettes.

Dean Elliott is an actor, writer, dramaturg, clown and comedy performer, having trained with Improbable and Spymonkey before RADA. He also has a BA in Drama from Royal Holloway University of London. He has recently performed at The Yard and Theatre 503 and written for The Yard and The Kings Head Theatre.

Tom Kelsey has trained with National Youth Theatre, Frantic Assembly and has performed in New York and London, most recently at The National Theatre. His one man show Tiger Under The Skin debuted at Bloomsbury Festival 2018.

Katariina Tamm trained as an actor and puppeteer in London, Turku and Barcelona. She is also a comedy writer and performer and regularly features in TV and film in Estonia.

Jo trained in circus in Belgium, France and the UK and teaches at The Roundhouse, National Centre of Circus Arts and internationally. He has worked with Franco Dragone, Robert Wilson, Jan Fabre and Theatre D'un Jour.

Christopher Adams is an Offie nominated actor and theatre maker. He trained at RADA, L’École Jacques Lecoq, and studied Classics and French at Oxford University. Work includes: Splendid’s (The Jamie Lloyd Company at Trafalgar Studios One); Punts (Kuleshov, Theatre503), for which he was nominated for an Offie; Overheard (RADA Festival and Bunker Theatre); Sh!t-Faced Showtime (Underbelly, Cowbarn and Leicest
