Playtime meets clowning meets learning in this new offering from The Second City Training Center. Second City Sillies takes the best of our kids programming—focused on teamwork, comedy, and fun—and shapes it for your littlest budding comedians. This parent/student class is a great way for your little one to experience the Second City’s amazing improv training with the comfort of a parent or caregiver. Incorporating music, games, movement, and of course improv, Second City Sillies is the first step to helping your young hilarious comedian to gain the independence and confidence new students need when they begin organized school. Classes are designed for two ages groups:

Ages 24-36 months is geared towards toddlers who can walk, and have some verbal ability.

Ages 36-48 months is geared towards kids who can follow instructions in a group setting.

All Sillies classes are BYOG (*Bring Your Own Grown-Up) as we play together! So parents, get ready to get silly.

Second City Sillies meets once a week for 50 minutes over an eight week term. Fear of commitment? Try it out by signing up for just one class. Look for the one-day class option!

To reserve a spot, parents will need to create an account for themselves but children should be enrolled in the workshop.

Join us on Saturday, April 6 for a FREE Second City Sillies workshop. A workshop is being held for each of the two class age groups–caregivers and children ages 24-36 months will meet from 10:00-10:50am; caregivers and children ages 36-48 months will meet from 11:00-11:50am. To reserve a spot, parents will need to create an account for themselves but children should be enrolled in the workshop. Please note that we will be filming these classes for marketing videos.
