So another myth we often hear surrounding a breast lift is that you will lose some
nipple sensitivity after surgery which obviously nobody wants.
Right and of course there might be the rare instances where the
surgeon will talk to you about possible risks,
but overall the majority of people don't lose nipple Sensitivity.
I had a lift here four years ago.
And when I had the lift, of course that was something I was concerned about no one
wants to lose nipple sensitivity from being honest,
but really after six weeks
and 12 of weeks you have a follow-up exam
and everything was checked
and I have not lost any nipple sensitivity which of course I'm excited about.
Yeah, you do lose it at first though, right?
I feel like with any surgery even my breast augmentation with there being swelling
and numbness that adds to it,
but it comes back around the three to six month Mark for most women.
There's a lot of unusual Sensations
and changes and all of that when recovering so keep your keep your eye on that,
but just know that anything that Weird
or numb like you might have weird none spots on top or underneath that comes back and over time.
You will notice a little bit of twinges
and it's kind of like your nerves re-firing and just kind of like talking to each other again.
So that's a good thing if you feel the twinges,
that's normal. Yep. Thank God for the nipple sensitivity.
