Catapult w. Taylor (4/2/20)

Play, download and edit the free video Catapult w. Taylor (4/2/20).

We will be making a mini version of a catapult and I encourage everyone to try their own versions and share them to see which worked best for them! This project is ideal for K-3rd but anyone is welcome to try it!

Materials:
-popsicle/craft sticks
-rubber bands
-water bottle/milk/sometime of small lid
-glue
-cotton balls/other things they can launch

how to:
-get 3-5 popsicle sticks and stack them together
-use rubber bands and tie the popsicle sticks together on each end
-stack two popsicle sticks together and tie one end with a rubber band
-separate the two popsicle sticks and put the other stack of popsicle sticks (step 1) between the two sticks
-use a rubber band to secure both sets of popsicle sticks
-glue the bottle cap to the top of the catapult and let dry
-Use cotton balls or anything you want to launch and test and have fun!
