So it is completely normal to be nervous before your surgery.
How can you make that better?
It's a great question. We have a community called Bustmob that you've probably heard us talking about.
But Bustmob is just a great place to like express your concerns.
Like get in there and be like, hey, I'm feeling nervous
and you're going to see like this is a very common
thing a lot of people get nervous before surgery.
I mean it doesn't even matter if it's a breast augmentation, any surgery like we all get a little antsy,
there's something wrong with you if you're not nervous.
Like changing your body is a big deal,
but it should also be exciting!
And we also have something called the Ladies of Bustmob podcast
and that is also a great tool just to like hear other stories
because we'll talk about other Bustmob ladies in there.
We'll talk about our perspectives on our surgeries
and really just get an idea of whatever you're concerned about.
We may have had a podcast on that.
So it's really cool, like a cool tool to use our podcast
and also getting into Bustmob and just talking to other ladies
because a lot of times we get in our head
and that's what the anxiety is stemming from like our little
wheels are turning and we get crazy but then when we talk about it,
it's like oh everything's fine.
Yeah, and from the outside, from the end, it's all worth it.
Yeah.
