Christon Hill is a leader in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. As the Vice President of Life Cycle Management for BTG in Boston, MA, Christon has been instrumental in the development of processes, procedures, and metrics within the R+D organization, ensuring operational success. He has over ten years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry in process development and cGMP manufacturing. He also has several years of experience in manufacturing management and biotechnology.
Christon Hill has had many notable accomplishments in the biotech sector. For example, during his time at BTG, he established a path to develop a new analytical method for mimicking the efficacy of the polyclonal antibody lines. He also identified a formulation for extending the half-life of polyclonal antibody product lines by at least 24 hrs. These breakthroughs have resulted from Christon’s keen adherence to the scientific method, which he uses to approach all technical problems. He is well known as a highly-skilled innovator and problem solver.
As a manager, Christon Hill believes in leading by example with a strong work ethic. He enjoys helping others to realize their potential and push themselves to new heights. He also believes that leading with a can-do attitude is essential for success in any organization or industry.

In his free time, he can often be found reading scientific journals to stay up-to-date with the latest developments, particularly in biology and chemistry.
