In June 2020 Sophie Schmidt opened her first solo show with Knust Kunz Gallery Editions. Schmidt's long standing examination of the body as a concept of social imagination finds way into her Oeuvre through collages, paintings, performances and sculpture installations, Schmidt refers to as "prothesis".
