Finally, the wait is over, had the honor to be the first to test the new Sony A7S mk3 in the field, and gotta say I’m loving every bit of it. It gave us almost everything you need as a filmmaker to the price tag. Don't want to be technical and geeky but dynamic range, ISO capability, autofocus, 120 4K 4:2:2 10 bit .. and more are really amazing.
Shot for 4 days in Dubai last week which is not the best time to test a camera but again was able to pull off great shots.
Tested this camera in the extreme heat at Hata, shooting at the mountains with only the light of the moon. We extreme with the camera testing it’s limits and it delivered.
Can’t wait to experiment more with the camera, we will try to make as much as webinars as we can about the camera till it’s officially in the market.
