It is 1944 - Italy is under German control and the Second World War is coming to its end. Nando is a young railway worker and a talented soccer player living in the city of Spoleto, Italy. He is in love, full of hopes and dreams, and soon to be married to Sistina. In a routine work day, destiny will bring Nando into a deep confrontation with the enemy and he experiences an event that tests his faith in humanity and changes his reality.
"Nando", is a short based on a real story and it premiered at the Cannes Short Film Corner in 2012, and received the Audience Award in 2015 at the Soho International Film Festival. Nando is now available on Short HD (Direct TV), iTunes and Amazon.
