At the end of ten weeks of absolute isolation from the rest of the world, my permanent research on the new hypotheses of experimentation offered by the cinematographic language now goes into the territory of the burning conflict between sound and vision, with the production of two different cycles of films: a, Ghost holidays., composed of four works, it concerns the analysis of the aesthetic dialogue between a video track contrasted with a different audio track, to show what the final result will be after the fluid mixing of the previously unrelated audio and video; b, On the ashes of a lost world., is an open cycle on the future, and must contain a series of films in which the video track is mixed only with its own audio track, but after the sound has been extracted from the video material to be filtered - and manipulated and forced to the maximum level of distortion in an attempt to investigate the extreme border between sound and noise, - and then reassembled in parallel with the native video track.
