My short film which I have given the title ‘The Next Step’ is shot in a more documentative style of film making. The inspiration for this project comes from thinking about how I want to be more confident in myself and to always take the next step in life as I can be quite anxious person but by taking those little steps a person can take I am growing to be more confident in who I am. The perspective the film is shot in adds to the fear people might feel as they might spend their whole life looking down at their feet as the world passes them by. By having the audio in the movie just the sounds of the world it gives and isolated feeling that people might feel if they do not look on the bright side of life.
