Hi there, this is my graduate project from the Digital Design program at VFS.
A quote that inspired me for this project is “Focus on what you can control”. When feeling overwhelmed, it is important to focus on actions that you can control and try to take positive actions. What strategies have you tried that works for you?
There are different causes of stress for different people, and people can have different reactions to the same types of stress. Everyone is different. One tip might work for one person but not someone else. It is important to find healthy ways that work for you.
