Το Construction Lines είναι μια βραβευμένη ταινία animation που έχει ως θέμα το εσωτερικό ενός σπιτιού «παγόβουνου». Τα σπίτια «παγόβουνο» είναι επαύλεις, που ανήκουν σε πολύ πλούσιους κατοίκους του Λονδίνου, των οποίων οι υπόγειοι όροφοι είναι μεγαλύτεροι από το υπέργειο μέρος του σπιτιού. Το σπίτι με το οποίο καταπιάνεται η ταινία δεν κατασκευάστηκε ποτέ, λόγω των εκατοντάδων αντιρρήσεων που έφεραν οι κάτοικοι της συγκεκριμένης γειτονιάς στο Knightsbridge του δυτικού Λονδίνου.
Ένας πολύ πλούσιος άντρας θέλει να επεκτείνει το σπίτι του στο Knightsbridge κατασκευάζοντας τρεις υπόγειους ορόφους. Αυτή η μικρού μήκους ταινία animation μάς δείχνει μέσω του SketchUp πώς θα αναπτύσσονταν οι όροφοι αυτοί και πώς θα χρησιμοποιούνταν—με πισίνα, δωμάτιο ευεξίας και σκηνή. Ωστόσο, η γειτονιά δεν είναι σύμφωνη μ’ αυτή την επέκταση σε στιλ παγόβουνου.

Construction Lines is an award winning animated short film about the interior of an 'iceberg' home. Iceberg homes are mansions owned by London’s super rich where the sub-ground levels are larger than the house above. The home in question was not developed due to hundreds of objections from surrounding neighbours in Knightsbridge, West London.
An extremely rich man wants to expand his house of Knightsbridge in London on three levels underground. This animated short movie shows through a render sketchup how the levels would be developed and in what way they would be used, with a pool, wellness room and a stage. However, the neighbourhood does not completely agree of this Iceberg style enlargement.
