The Brief
To create a series of internal training videos to help pharmaceutical field reps maintain ethical and compliance standards.
The Solution
We scripted, directed and edited a series of training videos showing difficult role-play scenarios of a field rep in action, but in a humorous and engaging way. The rep is confronted by a particularly assertive key opinion leader, who tries to push the boundaries of compliance, giving the rep a few difficult decisions to make (lose the speaker, or cross the ethics line). The video series is further enhanced with cutaways to imaginary news articles as both the rep and the KOL imagine what could happen if they overstep their mark.
